Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Return shipments are solely accepted if the product (in its original packaging) is undamaged.

If you are approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain amount of days.

Please note that we can only refund the cost of the returned product(s) and in some cases the initial shipping costs. Tomorrowland Store will never refund import charges and taxes.

When returning goods which you bought using a discount or offer, we will adjust the refund accordingly if you fall below the discount/offer threshold, as that discount or offer will no longer apply.
